![]() ![]() On a sunset Polaris RZR excursion, we twist and turn like NASCAR drivers flying over roller coaster–sized dunes. If Cabo transports you to your college days, than the East Cape will take you back to a time of youthful joy and wonder. It’s easy to spend your entire stay on the manicured property, but the Four Seasons has partnered with Aventura, the activity team at Costa Palmas, for a roster of adventures that reveal the East Cape’s wilde side. And the attentive staff ensure you’ll have everything you need-sunblock, water, a margarita, a fresh towel. With six pools, including three so secluded that I would have missed them if I hadn’t asked for their exact locations, and a half-mile of Four Seasons–dedicated beach, you’ll never have to fight for a lounge chair. By next year, the resort will debut, Limón, a farm-to-table al fresco dining venue featuring produce harvested from Costa Palmas’ on-site orchards and farm. The freshest local catch is showcased at El Puesto, an intimate lunch-only ceviche counter, with a brief menu of 10 or so dishes, none of which disappoint. The Four Seasons imported an outpost of acclaimed Greek seafood restaurant, Estiatorio Milos, but I must admit, it felt like sacrilege to be ordering prawns flown in from overseas while staring out at an ocean known for its stellar seafood. Same reasoning as to why it would be a great match for multi-gen families, there is ample space for small groups to spontaneously gather without any pre-planning and without inconveniencing other guests. Corporate groups, destination weddings, but I think more so for social groups. Lastly, this is a great resort for groups. Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos checks both those boxes. My experience in booking vacations for small groups of girls is that two things are always at the top of their lists: excellent food + a great spa. ![]() This is also a great property for girlfriends’ getaways. Four Seasons Los Cabos offers activities for every age group – I haven’t touched on the kid’s club, but no details are ever overlooked at Kids for All Seasons. This resort is high on my list of spa + wellness travel destinations. ![]() The open-air concept of the entire property encourages activity. Wellness is incorporated into every activity at Four Seasons too. The Costa Palmas community includes 18 acres of organic farms and orchards – providing truly locally sourced ingredients for all Four Seasons Los Cabos restaurants. There is wellness in every bite at Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos. This dish was the perfect cocktail hour snack! Highly recommended. I made my way here daily (in between feasting on poolside tacos) to order the Milos Special – lightly fried zucchini and eggplant tower with kefalograviera cheese and tzatziki. Milos was my favorite dining experience on the property. ![]() Milos is an outpost of an acclaimed collection of restaurants by the popular chef Costas Spiliadis. With a drink in hand, the hostess will guide you through paths of small pebble gravel to your table, where you’ll be served a bounty of fresh pasta to accompany a selection of grilled or roasted seafood/meat. The kitchen here is open-air, and if you start your evening at the adjacent bar, you’ll steal behind-the-scene glimpses of the chefs working their magic on the grill with a wide array of local ingredients. See the stars in my photo to the left, above? Multiply those tiny specks of starlight by dozens. This is where you go for a truly enchanting evening. Limon is the resort’s structure-free restaurant set in a fragrant lemon grove. The restaurants at Four Seasons Resorts Los Cabos are as visually stimulating as the food is enticing, making each meal a very memorable dining experience. ![]()
